The 56.684 m2 finca is situated in Estepona north of the toll motorway and ten minutes from the Laguna Village shopping centre on the coast.
The property is divided into two cadastral plots, a smaller plot of 14.712 m2 bordering the river and a larger plot of 42.200 m2.
Both plots are separated by a farm road that ends at the river some five hundred metres to the north.
PLOT A, NEAR THE RIVER - On the plot located between the road and the river is the main house of 126 m2, with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, entrance hall, pantry, hallway and gallery on the first floor, and a living room on two levels. PLOT B.- EL LAGAR - This cadastral plot of 42.200 m2 is located to the west of the local road and is crossed by a path that leads to the construction of a winepress house, the winepress house has a floor area of 85 m2 and a use under cover or first floor of 75 m2 total of 160 m2 built, annexed to the winepress is a cistern of 9 m2.
This building dates back to the 19th century and is a wine press with the characteristic elements for the transformation of grapes into wine. It has a licence in force to restore the roof, which has fallen down over time.
Next to the house-press there are two wells, one of them has an electric system for water extraction.
WATER SUPPLY: The property belongs to the Community of Irrigators and has a water supply of two hours per shift.
