The 56.684 m2 finca is situated in Estepona north of the toll motorway and ten minutes from the Laguna Village shopping centre on the coast.
The property is divided into two cadastral plots, a smaller plot of 14.712 m2 bordering the river and a larger plot of 42.200 m2.
Both plots are separated by a farm road that ends at the river some five hundred metres to the north.

This building dates back to the 19th century and is a wine press with the characteristic elements for the transformation of grapes into wine. It has a licence in force to restore the roof, which has fallen down over time.
